What is your Return Policy?

Items in their original, unused condition can be returned within 15 days, either by mail or In-store, with the original receipt or through electronic receipt lookup. Damaged or defective items can be returned in-store or online. Note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and Pandora Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards cannot be returned.

FINAL SALE The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they are damaged or defective:

  • Last Chance Items
  • Sale/Clearance Items

Returns by Mail:

Fill out the Return Form, indicating the quantity, item number, and reason for your return(s).

Pack your item(s) securely with the Return Form included. Attach the prepaid UPS shipping label to the package. If you can't find the return form or prepaid label, contact the 365 KB Jewelry Customer Care Center for assistance. Drop off the package at your nearest UPS Store, UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet, or UPS Customer Center. Return shipping is free of charge. Once we receive and validate your return, we will process it and send you a notification email. Refunds may take up to 7 business days from the confirmation email, but we aim to process them within 5 days after receiving your items at our warehouse.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
